A franchise system implies the existence of a company called the Franchisor that has an acknowledged know-how of the market and proper working proceedures offering a working license to another company called the Franchisee, so that the latter will activate under the commercial name of the Franchisor. The license includes the transfer of know-how and the agreement over the procedures established by the Franchisor for the network. Thus, the Franchisee benefits from assistance at the start-up, by receiving the Franchisors know-how and can rely on permanent assistance in carrying out its activity.


Ymax Premier Team franchise system provides, along with the know-how transfer, the permanent assistance of the Franchisee by the Franchisor's representatives, taking into consideration that the Franchisee's activity must integrate and become a healthy part of a network. Joyning a mature network like Ymax, presents to the Franchisee various advantages. The entire network benefits from the conditions negotiated with the financial parteners, with suppliers as well as with services providers.

Once the collaboration is agreed upon, you will have to secure a proper office space, in a known relatively central area. The space should be fully equipped and must have access to utilities, including Internet connection (since a great part of the communications will happen using various electronic formats).

Being a Franchisee means the agreement on paying the following fees: the network entrance fee (paid once, at adhesion), and the royalty fee (paid on a monthly basis).

The entrance fee secures the initial know-how transfer, including the amount of knowledge and the operational methods existent at the time of the adhesion. This fee varies according to the size of the territory requested for licensing.

The royalty fee is calculated in strict dependence on the sales brokerage activity. The fee covers the Franchisee's right to benefit from the same commissions as the Franchisor, but also the occasional costs generated by the changes in the work frame and procedures, by the access to permanent assistance given directly by the Franchisor etc.

When considering the adhesion to Ymax's franchise system, one should foresee all related costs. Among the entrance fee there are several other initial costs to be considered: the costs with the office space, the costs generated by the access to the utilities in the office space, the cost of personnel, etc. A more detailed outline of the costs will be presented during the negotiation phases. In general, the average amount of the investment is between EUR 4,000 - 6,000.
